我们正在寻找一位具备战略视野和市场开拓能力的业务拓展负责人，协助中国区董事总经理共同推动事务所在中国内地及亚洲市场的增长。

We are seeking a commercially driven business development leader to support the Managing Principal, China for all issues relating to Business Development for the firm across Asia. 

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

• 发掘潜在项目机会，与公司管理层及设计团队紧密合作以推动投标工作；

• 协调内外部团队及顾问资源，策划、统筹提案和投标文件筹备并负责品质把控，以确保符合客户需求、行业标准及公司规范；

• 与现有及潜在客户保持良好沟通，积极维护客户、合作伙伴及行业资源网络；

• 持续跟踪市场趋势、行业动态及潜在商业机会；

• 带领并指导团队成员，合理配置团队资源，确保团队运作顺畅、高效，推动流程优化及最佳实践落地；

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new project opportunities in collaboration with senior management and design teams;

• Lead and manage tender submission process, tailoring quality proposals that align with client requirements, industrial standards and company policies;

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, industry partners, and consultants;

• Monitor market trends, industry intelligence, and business development opportunities across the region;

• Lead and mentor team members, ensure smooth operation of team while driving continuous improvement of work processes and best practices.

任职要求 Experience & Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历，或具备同等专业背景;

• 具有建筑设计、规划、工程咨询或专业服务行业经验者优先；

• 8年以上商务拓展、市场开发、投标管理或相关工作经验；

• 具备制定并执行市场拓展策略，以及成功获取项目的优秀业绩记录；

• 具备优秀的英文及普通话听说读写能力；

• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office、数据库管理及版面设计工具；

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in architecture, design, planning, engineering, consulting, or professional services environments is highly desirable;

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, bids, marketing, or client development;

• Proven track record in defining business development strategies and converting opportunities into secured projects;

• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese;

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and proposal production tools.
