根据工作需要，英语中心现公开招聘英语教师，岗位要求如下：

一、岗位要求

1. 具有良好的政治素质和思想品德，遵纪守法，品行端正，身心健康；

2. 1986年1月1日以后出生；

3. 具有博士学位，专业所属一级学科为外国语言文学，二级学科为英语语言文学、外国语言学及应用语言学、翻译学等；

4. 具备本学科扎实的理论基础与研究能力，能够胜任本学科教学与科研工作，具备良好的团队协作能力；

5. 具有国内外高校相关教学经历2年以上者优先；

6. 科研成果须满足以下3项条件之一：

（1）以第一作者或通讯作者发表同行公认的高水平论文代表作至少2篇；

（2）公开出版至少1部高水平学术专著或教材；

（3）主持至少1项省部级（含）以上科研或教学项目。

二、岗位职责

1. 承担大学本科生及研究生英语课程教学工作；

2. 参与英语中心学科建设与专业建设相关工作；

3. 根据整体工作规划，参与课程大纲、教学指导用书及教材的编制工作；

4. 完成学校及中心布置的科研任务与公共服务工作；

5. 参加集体备课、教学研讨及工作例会；

6. 协助组织、指导学生开展英语课外活动及学科竞赛；

7. 为中心公众号提供内容素材，并参与相关内容指导工作。

SMBU English Language Center Recruitment Announcement of 2026

To meet operational needs, the English Language Centre is now inviting applications for English teaching positions. The job requirements are set out below:

I. Job Requirements

1.Good political awareness and moral integrity, law‑abiding, good conduct, and sound physical and mental health.

2.Born on or after January 1, 1986.

3.Hold a doctoral degree. The first‑level discipline should be Foreign Language and Literature, with the second‑level discipline in English Language and Literature, Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, or Translation Studies.

4.Possess solid theoretical foundations and research capabilities in the discipline, be competent for discipline‑specific teaching and research work, and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.

5.Candidates with no less than 2 years of relevant teaching experience at domestic or overseas universities will be given priority.

6.Meet ONE of the following three research criteria:  

a) Publish at least 2 high‑level peer-reviewed representative papers as the first or corresponding author;  

b) Publish at least one high‑level academic monograph or textbook;  

c) Preside over at least one scientific research or teaching project at the provincial/ministerial level or above.

II. Job Responsibilities

1.Undertake English teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

2.Participate in discipline and specialty development for the English Language Center.

3.Take part in compiling course syllabi, teaching guidebooks and teaching materials in accordance with overall work plans.

4.Complete research tasks and public services assigned by the University and the ELC.

5.Attend collective lesson preparation sessions, teaching seminars and regular working meetings.

6.Assist in organizing and guiding students to participate in English extracurricular activities and competitions.

7.Provide content materials and related content guidance for the ELC’s WeChat Official Account.
